Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Our terms and conditions apply to all online sales from our web site. The terms are set out below. Placing an order from this website means that you have read and agreed with all our terms and conditions, applicable at the time of the order. You may wish to print a copy for future reference. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received and will be posted to this site. Where a product is unavailable and suitable replacement product is in stock that matches the specification of the goods ordered we reserve the right to fulfil the order with the product that matches the goods ordered.

Prices

The goods are sold at the price on our web site at the date that we receive the order from you. Prices are subject to alteration at any time without notice. All prices quoted exclude any delivery charges that may apply. Any delivery charges applicable will be shown on the order form prior to purchase.

Delivery

Delivery is available to UK addresses only by Royal Mail or one of our selected couriers.  We will normally dispatch an order within 1 working day (*) of the order being confirmed and payment received.  We will send an email to you to confirm dispatch.

Payments

Payments through the web site are made via a secure 128 bit encrypted server. Secure communications means that any information provided by you such as your name or credit card number, is encrypted so that it cannot be read or intercepted by other people.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We only collect information about you to allow us to process your order.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988). We will only ever ask for essential information that helps us give you the best service we can.  We will not pass your personal information to other companies without your consent.

These are small files placed on your computer’s hard drive, or in your browser memory, when you visit our website. It helps us process your order.  What cookies don’t do is store any personal or confidential information about you.

We use Cookies as sparingly as possible:

We use a cookie so that the site can recognise the same user clicking from page to page. Without it, every page would be treated as the first visit to the site, and anything added to the shopping basket would be instantly forgotten. Online shopping would, therefore, be impossible.
The cookie is intended for the user's convenience, creates a session ID so that they a user is classed as "returning" and the contents of your shoppingbasket will still be available. If the user signs in with an email address and password, these login details are also saved so that they can remain logged in when returning (the password is encrypted). If the user signs out, their login details are removed from the cookie.

Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order or have received a product which you are not satisfied with, please contact us within 14 working days, this must be by email or in writing. Any item returned must be received back in an unused and resalable condition complete with the original packaging.

Personalised Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on any personalised products unless a mistake has been made by ourselves. It is the customer's responsibility to check their spelling and punctuation before placing an order.


IMPORTANT: Please send recorded delivery only.  The cost of return postage will be the customers responsibility. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 14 days from receipt of goods.

Refunds

Within 7 days

By law customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. In which case we will refund both the goods and the postage.

Between 7 and 28 days

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 7 and 28 days after delivery and there was no error on our part. We will only refund only the cost of the item and not the cost of the postage.

Faulty or damaged goods

Please contact us and we will replace faulty products with the same product or refund back to the credit card/debit card used if the product is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.
