We will normally dispatch your order within 1 working day (*) of the order being confirmed. Most orders placed before 3pm are sent out that working day, by first clas mail. We will also send an email to you to confirm your order has been dispatched. Delivery is available to UK addresses (those with UK Post Codes) only by Royal Mail or one of our selected couriers. If you need your order by a certain date please let us know either by email or in the comments section while placing your order so we can get your party supplies to you in time. (*) working days are Monday to Friday not including Bank Holidays.
